Chad Sands is a military veteran who has always enjoyed helping others. Tree work also comes naturally to him. He grew up cutting down trees with his dad, so working with trees and taking care of properties has been part of his life for years. After gaining that experience, starting his own tree service was a natural next step.

Today, Chad brings a professional, punctual, and caring approach to every job. He takes pride in his work from start to finish and focuses on providing the highest quality work he can for every customer. Whether it's tree removal, tree trimming, stump grinding, or storm damage removal, the goal is the same: show up, do the work right, and leave the customer happy with the result.

Being a veteran also shapes the way Chad approaches the business. He understands that tree service is demanding and potentially dangerous work, and he has respect for the people who do it. Rather than talking down about other tree professionals, he believes in doing his own work well and letting the results speak for themselves.

Sands Stump Grinding and Tree Service is based in Woodbury and serves customers within approximately 20 miles of the area. Chad is a family man, married to a firefighter, with two kids and three dogs. Between family life, community service, and time on the water, there's plenty to keep life busy outside of the job.

At the end of the day, success isn't about making the biggest claim. It's about continuing to enjoy the work, taking care of customers, and being proud of what gets left behind when the job is finished.
